Customer-service channel
Messages sent to YRS Aesthetic may be assisted by automation and reviewed by staff. Replies are provided for general information and appointment coordination.
Appointments
An appointment is confirmed only after availability has been checked and a confirmation has been sent. Times, staff assignments, prices, packages, and promotions may change until confirmed. Please notify us as early as possible when rescheduling or cancelling.
Treatment information
Online explanations do not diagnose a condition, guarantee a result, or replace an in-person suitability assessment. Final treatment decisions, contraindications, and aftercare are confirmed by qualified staff.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the service, impersonate another person, upload unlawful content, attempt unauthorized access, or interfere with our systems or messaging accounts.
Platform availability
Delivery depends on Meta, Google, hosting, internet, and device services outside our direct control. We maintain recovery and review controls, but temporary delays may occur.
