Information we handle
YRS Aesthetic may process your name, phone number or platform-scoped account identifier, messages, images, voice notes, appointment details, treatment interests, preferred staff member, and the service history you choose to share.
Why we use it
- Answer enquiries and prepare customer-service replies.
- Check availability, create or change appointments, and send reminders.
- Keep conversation continuity across our approved messaging channels.
- Improve merchant-approved reply examples and service quality.
- Protect the service from abuse, duplication, and delivery failures.
Service providers
Information may be processed through Meta messaging services, our hosting provider, Google Calendar, and an AI service used to prepare reply drafts or transcribe voice notes. Access is limited to the functions needed to operate customer service and appointments.
Sensitive information
Please send only information needed for your enquiry. Treatment suitability and health-related questions are reviewed by trained staff; an automated draft does not replace professional assessment.
Storage and retention
Operational records are kept on the merchant's isolated service for as long as reasonably needed for appointments, customer support, safety, legal obligations, and approved learning records. Access is restricted, transmitted over HTTPS, and protected by authenticated staff sessions.
Your choices and rights
