How to request deletion of customer-service and appointment information linked to your messaging account.

Submit a request

  1. Email yrsbeauty123@gmail.com with the subject “Data deletion request”.
  2. State whether you contacted YRS Aesthetic through WhatsApp, Instagram, or Messenger.
  3. Provide the phone number or account username used for the conversation and an approximate date of contact.
  4. For your protection, we may ask you to verify the request through the same messaging account.

What happens next

After verification, we will locate the linked conversation, appointment mapping, and approved learning records. Eligible data will be deleted or anonymized, and we will reply when the request is complete, normally within 30 days.

Records we may retain

We may retain limited information when required for legal, accounting, fraud-prevention, safety, or dispute-resolution obligations. Any retained information remains restricted and is not used for unrelated marketing.
